Set consists of one surface mounted weatherproof enclosure dimensions 150x110x70mm and the switched box end dimensions 132x82x55, manufactured from self-extinguishing, light-grey thermoplastic, which is highly resistant to impact, heat, chemical and atmospheric agents. The lids of the enclosures, are retained by four self-tapping screws and are sealed to IP56 with a neoprene gasket.
Fitted in the switchbox are two 16amp rocker switches, a terminal block used for connecting the incoming three core mains power cable and the 4 core armoured cable linking it to the extension connector box.
The Extension Box is fitted with a six way terminal block and is used for terminating the armoured cable (fitted) and for connecting your appliances, ie- pond pumps, lighting
etc.. The two 20mm weatherproof cable glands that are fitted to the connector box will accommodate your cables from 6 to 12mm in diameter. The product is fully wired with 15 meters of 4 core 1.5mm SWA cable and only requires connecting to a suitable supply with the 5 meters of 1.5mm cable (supplied and fitted). Switchbox (supplied) can be used for numerous applications, such as controlling water pumps and UV filter etc.
