Andy Cole wasn’t Sir Alex Ferguson's first choice to partner Dwight Yorke, but after a month of gathering splinters, Cole was rotated into the side for a mundane league fixture at Southampton in October 1998, & he & Yorke instantly had an instant chemistry. United scored 14 goals in the next three games, & they would spend the season running amok in England & Europe. Of the 36 games they started that season, United lost just one & scored 81 goals. Overall they scored 53 goals between them, propelling United to the treble. This is a 16x 12 inch photo of Yorke & Cole celebrating United's 1999 Champions League victory. The photo was personally signed by the players in signing sessions carried out & attended by Allstarsignings in Manchester on 31st March, 2017. The item comes with an Allstarsignings certificate of authenticity which will have photographic proof inserted into it & our tamper-proof hologram.
