- which you can either fill with concrete to act as a base or cover with suitable plywood to create a floor. The concrete or plywood is not supplied. You must then anchor your shed to the base. To minimise condensation, ideally your existing base will have been constructed on top of a damp proof membrane. You will need to anchor your shed to your hard surface.
