The Habit Neo comes with 140mm of suspension travel at the front & 130mm at the rear. It is designed to be playful & poppy when you want it; confident & precise when you need it. The head angle is slack, the stays are short & the seat angle is steep. The drive unit & battery sit low & central in the frame. All to help you wring more flow from every inch of trail. Like the non-electric Habit the Neo comes with Proportional Response. This is Cannondale’s approach to tailoring the suspension layout by size so that every rider gets optimal traction, suppleness & control. Utilizing size-specific Centre-of-Gravity data, the suspension linkage is tailored by size so that every rider experiences optimized suspension performance while braking, climbing & descending. The Habit Neo uses the proprietary Cannondale Si Motor Mount to place the Bosch drive unit low & forward in the frame, keeping the Centre of Gravity low & the chainstays short for uncommonly agile handling. To protect the motor & battery from damage, Habit NEO features a sealed battery cover & a burly, trials-style skid plate. The Habit Neo 2 comes with the same motor as the Habit Neo 4 & 3 but has a bigger battery so you can ride further. With 625 Wh rather than 500 Wh capacity the battery on the Habit Neo 2 will let you tackle bigger rides, or ride several days in a row without having to re-charge.
