The major difference with the Lohi is the triathlon specific shoe upper. It has a lightweight mesh construction designed to let your feet dry quickly after the swim. To speed up your transition it has an easy-to-grab heel loop for quick entry & two simple straps that require minimum adjustment. The Lohi is compatible with the standard 3 bolt road cleats out of the box & can also take MTB style 2 bolt cleats using an adaptor plate (sold separately).
