The Ajna Elite is built for Bontrager’s Posture 2 position which tends to suit racers & fast, aggressive riders. For road riders this means you’ll be spending a lot of time on the drops. For mountain bikers you’ll likely be riding a fast XC or marathon bike. The Posture 2 position on the Ajna gives increased stability when sitting on the nose of the saddle & better pressure distribution throughout. The Contour Relief Zone Plus (CRZ+) full saddle cutaway gives better soft tissue protection for extra comfort on longer rides. The Ajna Elite comes with suspended hollow Ti rails & a carbon-reinforced shell to keep the saddle light & to allow some compliance in the saddle so that it can better soak up bumps & vibrations.
