The Specialized Torch 2.0 Sits in the middle of the Specialized Road Shoe range. It is designed to be comfortable first but to still provide great performance. Specialized have used a medium-stiffness FACT carbon fibre sole to keep the shoe light & give good pedalling efficiently & have added a rubber heel & toe that provide off-the-bike traction The upper of the Torch 2.o is made from a 100% mesh & TPU construction that allows for more wiggle room in the toe box & a less constrictive, sock-like feel. The shoe is fastened with a single lightweight Boa IP1 dial that features tool-free snap replacement capability, while also providing simple, on-the-fly micro-adjustments. Like all Specialized shoes the Torch 2.0 uses Body geometry sole construction & footbeds that are ergonomically designed to actively boost pedalling power & efficiency. Overall this is a shoe that will give you great performance but doesn’t sacrifice comfort in the process. Features Body Geometry sole construction & footbeds are ergonomically designed & scientifically tested to boost power, increase efficiency, & reduce chance of injury by optimizing hip, knee, & foot alignment. Carbon sole with a 7.0 Stiffness Index is engineered to be moderately stiff, yet light with a rubber heel & toe for off-the-bike traction. Lightweight Boa IP1 dial closure for on-the-fly micro-adjustment, backed by the Boa Lifetime guarantee. Mesh & TPU upper for a supple fit. Three-bolt cleat pattern fits all major road pedals.
