6'4x 6'4 wide Greenhouse & Base. Growing area 3.5m. Door opening width 600mm. No. of vents 1. Very safe for gardens with children, pets & the elderly. The strong, aluminium frame (the same as used in Halls glass glazed greenhouses), is fitted with twin wall, polycarbonate glazing panels which clip in easily & are virtually unbreakable. Integral gutters, smooth action roller sliding door, & one or two vents on larger sizes are included. As well as safety, other benefits of polycarbonate are superior insulation & heat retention, & it also diffuses direct sunlight
- reducing the risk of plant scorch. Greenhouse Bases: It is important to put your greenhouse on firm foundations. A galvanised, prefabricated steel base is available as an option on every model, & is recommended, as it not only makes construction easier, but also gives an extra 12.5cm (5) of headroom. The base can be either secured to a flat hardstanding surface, or on soil using the anchorage pegs provided. Delivery & Assembly: All greenhouses are delivered in one drop complete with glazing. Full assembly instructions are provided, & two people could normally expect to complete assembly in a weekend.
