Ceratostigma willmotianum is a stunning addition to a border
- it is low growing, but given space & sunshine, it will bush out to an impressive sized shrub. The leaves turn red, which enhance the baby blue of the delicate star-shaped flowers, alongside a pea-green leaf, before they in turn becoming red. Ceratostigma willmotianum is an unassuming plant, that comes into its own in the autumn. It is deciduous, & benefits from a late pruning, & mulch to protect from frosts. Flowers August-October. Height 90-100cm. Supplied in a 3-4 litre pot.
