A favourite for cottage garden borders, Dahlia ' Bishop of Llandaff' boasts striking scarlet flowers which at over 1m high will really stand out at the back of beds or planted in large containers. A branching, tuberous dahlia, ' Bishop of Llandaff' is unusual for its dark aubergine, almost black stems & foliage which provide a stunning contrast to the bright red flowers. As with all dahlia plants, tubers need to be dug up & overwintered in a dry, frost-free place.
