Hebe ' Red Edge' is sometimes referred to as Hebe albicans Red Edge'. It is a neat, compact, evergreen shrub, with glaucous blue-green leaves that become red along the leaf-edge during the winter months. Useful as ground cover, & to fill in small spaces for structure, underplanting, or winter colour. Flowers are small tufts of lilac, sometimes fading to white, that attract bees in the summer. RHS Award of Garden Merit winner. Flowering time: June-July. Height 40-50cm (16-20); spread 60cm (24). Supplied in a 2 litre pot.
