It is easy to grow and look after so makes for a perfect gift.In order to get the most out of the colouring on the leaves, it is best to keep in a bright position on a windowsill or conservatory. Be sure to keep it out of direct sunlight though as this can scorch the leaves. A room temperature of 18C (65F) to 24C (75F) for optimum conditions with some humidity. Water and feed during the active growing months and keep the soil moist. Make sure the plant can drain well too. In the winter the soil should dry out a little between each watering. In
order to keep the polka dot plant neat, pinch out the tips from the longest stems.
