As the weather begins to get colder in the autumn, the dark green & red foliage of ' Carinella' turns to a deep violet-maroon colour which not only makes it stand out itself but also helps to highlight other plants around it. Racemes of white flowers are also produced in spring which really stand out due to the colour contrast before this compact evergreen shrub produces new flushes of green & red foliage during the summer months. Flowers late April-May. Height 70-80cm. Supplied in a 2 litre pot. Evergreen plants where the colour gets more interesting & intense as the weather gets colder! The evergreen shrub is fully hardy & easy to grow.
