A huge selection of 3 varieties of onions, 3 varieties of garlic and 2 varieties of shallots. Harvest June-September. Collection contains 1 pack each of (with the exception of Shallot Griselle):Onion Electric - Outstanding quality, shiny, deep red semi-globe-shaped onions with tasty pink-tinged flesh. Ideal for over-wintering, plant in autumn-early winter for harvest May-June. 250g pack.Onion Radar - Our most popular over-wintered onion, producing superb pale-to-mid brown skinned onions from mid July. Green bulbs can be pulled from late May. Mild taste. Keeps well. 250g pack.Onion Senshyu Yellow - An extremely popular Japanese over-wintering variety, reliably producing a heavy crop of semi-globe-shaped, straw-coloured bulbs of excellent quality. Bulbs contain a large number of easy to peel, rose skinned cloves with a strong flavour. 2 Bulbs (12-15 cloves per bulb).Garlic Germidour (French grown - softneck) - Violet-streaked skin with white cloves and a mild flavour, easily stored and split for cooking. Plant October-January. 2 Bulbs (10-11 cloves per bulb). Garlic Messidrome (French grown - softneck) - White with excellent flavour for all culinary uses. Plant October-January. 2 Bulbs (10-11 cloves per bulb). Shallot Griselle - A robust spicy taste that will not disappoint!
