- Probably the best heat prepared set onion, giving the heaviest crops of large golden semi globe onions, & storing particularly well. It has a consistent shape & good skin quality, & a somewhat milder taste than its red cousin. Very versatile in the kitchen whether in cooking or eaten raw. 200g. Snowball (Heat Treated)
- With a mild flavour, it is perfect for roasting, or using as the base for stocks & sauces. Traditionally used in Mexican cooking. 200g. Stanfield
- An enhanced Stuttgarter-type onion which is slow to bolt & produces bulbs with a slightly flattened shape & good skin quality. It has a mild, sweet taste, & is ideal for salads or cooking. 250g.F1 Forum
- This superb onion is one of the earliest we have seen from a spring planting. The fat semi-globe shaped bulbs are ready to lift in early August almost a month before Sturon. Shows excellent vigour & uniformity, & the bulbs will store in good condition until late autumn. 250g. F1 Hercules
