Nepenthes Alata A great plant for a hanging basket! Silvery striped foliage with pink undersides cascades down off the trailing stems making it a perfect plant for a hanging basket or elevated pot in a bright spot. As it grows it will display its stunning colours as it cascades down. It even adds some extra pops of colour as it will sporadically grown little pink flowers throughout the year! Keep this plant in a draught free spot, away from radiators & in a room with an average temperature between 18C (65F) to 27C (80F). If it gets some good light throughout the day but not in direct sunlight this can aid the leaf colours. Keep the soil mostly moist & make sure it is not left in any standing water as this can cause rot. Feed between March & September. Misting the leaves from time to time will help avoid the leaves from dying out. Height & spread: 40cm (16). Some houseplants are toxic to pets if ingested, please seek advice from a veterinary professional if you believe it has been consumed. Ensure you take a sample of the plant with you. The size of the plant will differ depending on when in the year it is purchased – visuals are an indication only.
