For over 130 years the Harkness nursery has been supplying roses to Britains gardeners. The mission of Harkness Roses is to raise new & enhanced roses, varieties with better reliability against disease, stronger perfume, a wider range of colours, & more blooms over a longer flowering period. Of these qualities, perhaps the most significant is reliability. Most fragrent roses are rated from 1 to 10, where 10 is the strongest. Salvation
- Borders, beds & cutting. This has the strongest perfume among roses in gold or amber. Both quality & profusion of bloom make Salvation an excellent choice. Try planting it among the blues & yellows of summer borders. Scent 8. Height 80cm. Supplied in a 4 litre pot. We supply finest top quality pot-grown roses. They are grown in 4 litre pots in compost specially formulated for roses, fed by slow release fertiliser that will last the current season. We select roses in bud & about to bloom, when possible.
