Salix Integra Hakuro-Nishiki (Standard) Salix ' Hakuro-Nishiki' is a striking willow where the leaves burst into colour with a marbling pink, green & white. When the leaves eventually fall in autumn, the stems reveal a glowing orange for an attractive winter feature. In the spring months, yellow catkins can emergen on the bare stems before the foliage reappears.; This variety is ideal for a specimen tree for a small space garden or grown in a container or pot on the patio, courtyard & decking. For maximum results, grow in a sunny or partially shaded position, in any well-drained soil. To get the most colourful foliage, trim back all side branches by a third during July. You can trim through the year to keep the head tidy & in shape with fresh variegated growth, simply prune back branch tips by about 15cm. Height & Spread: 2m (6.6').
