Tulip Bulbs - Mount Tacoma (Double Late)
A very old tulip variety that has deservedly remained a firm favourite through the years. The buds are pink and green, but the long-lasting double flowers open to a creamy white. The flowers are quite tough and are held aloft on sturdy stems late in the season. Flowers May. Height 40cm. Bulb size 11-12cm. (Bulb sizes"ed in centimetres refer to the circumference of bulbs. All bulbs are sourced from cultivated stocks.) Tulips are a must for every spring garden, creating colourful displays in beds, borders, containers and rockeries.
