Bulldog gin is distilled in England using a traditional pot still but unconventional botanicals such as dragon eye, poppy & lotus leaves. Other, more conventional botanicals include lemon peel, almond, cassia, lavender, orris, liquorice, angelica, coriander &, of course, juniper. It was launched in 2006 & has quickly gained popularity on account of its soft, pine laden taste & peppery finish. Bulldog is stronger for extra character.
