Chase Kentucky bourbon vodka is another experiment by those eccentric characters at the Chase Distillery in Hertfordshire. They took their award winning vodka & laid it to rest in casks that previously held Kentucky bourbon whisky. This gives the vodka an amber tint to it & a distinctive bourbon flavour. It was bottled at casks strength & is & impressive 62.4% ABV, although being bottled at such a high strength, it doesn't overpower the flavour of the vodka, but accentuates it. This is a fascinating experiment with only 500 bottles made meaning this limited edition vodka will be short supply.
