Organically grown cider apples are pressed, before being fermented & distilled into Vodka. A fourth distillation process in copper carter head style gin still is infused with 11 carefully selected wild botanical & from an aquifer that runs below the Chase orchard. The result is a full bodied, sharp, yet fruity gin with tears & true provenance.
