The name Jim Beam came after prohibition in the early 1930's & is named after James B Beam who rebuilt the business. Jim Beam is aged for four years in oak casks & bottled at 80 proof giving this Bourbon a straightforward taste & attitude. Seven generations of craftsmanship go into every bottle, along with corn, rye, barley malt, water, time & pride. It is a fantastic mixing bourbon that goes great in a range of cocktails.
