It now boasts the title of New Zealand's most exported wine. This full bodied sparkling rose sparkling wine gives off a toasty aroma with a taste that is smooth a full-bodied on the palate that leaves a clean & fruity finish. The cool latitudes of New Zealand`s wine producing regions provides grapes ideally suited to the production of fine sparkling wines. The classic Champagne blend of Pinot Noir & Chardonnay has been adopted for much of the country's sparkling wine, which are aged on the yeast lees & in bottle to add richness & complexity.
