It is a high-quality mixto tequila with a unique production process that combines hand picked agave plants, masonry oven, cultivated yeast & distillation in small copper pot stills. The aroma of the Olmeca reposado is fruity, sweet & citric with a touch of smoke & slightly woody. On the palate it is sweet with a slight honey flavour & smoky with hints of black pepper.
