Dry white wine comes from the variety of Pinot Blanc grapes selected from the Picasso vineyard. Fermentation takes place partly in barrels of French oak & in stainless steel at a controlled temperature packaging, once bottled spent the first four months in stow in a specially conditioned environment. Excellent as an appetizer, accompanying appetizers, white meats, cheeses, fish & seafood. We recommend that it be served between 48°F & 54°F degrees.
