The Sklar Family originating in Eastern Europe, goes back 6 generations in the liquor business & has shipped Slivovitz into the UK since the early 1950's. They now have this superb high quality Slivovitz produced for them in Poland, with a delicious soft plum aroma and smooth subtle flavours on the palate. It makes a wonderful aperitif & very typical of Eastern European cuisine to serve a small glass of ice cold Sklar Slivovitz with ‘Shopski Salat', small chopped cubes of tomato & cucumber salad, with a few black olives and covered with grated Feta cheese.

The Sklar Family originating in Eastern Europe, goes back 6 generations in the liquor business & has shipped Slivovitz into the UK since the early 1950's. They now have this superb high quality Slivovitz produced for them in Pol&, with a delicious soft plum aroma & smooth subtle flavours on the palate. It makes a wonderful aperitif & very typical of Eastern European cuisine to serve a small glass of ice cold Sklar Slivovitz with ‘ Shopski Salat', small chopped cubes of tomato & cucumber salad, with a few black olives & covered with grated Feta cheese.
