Staritsky Levitsky Private Cellar is completely h&-made & small scale. Its creamy & soft taste is achieved by hand picking the grains & by using water with 1ppm natural mineralization & zero p H level. Private Cellar rests for 60 days & is produced in batches of maximum 1000 bottles at a time. Each bottle is h&-labelled & dipped in black wax to seal.
