The Lake District is known for its hills & heavy rainfall. Deep within the Cartmel Fell is a wonderful deep layer of peat which is formed from the remains of a prehistoric forest of white willow trees. This wonderful enriched layer adds the character & the remaining minerals from the deep, dense layers of the Fells. By taking the beautiful spring water & combining it with effervescence tiny bubbles, Willow have produced a wonderful sparkling water to be enjoyed chilled.
