For burns, including sunburn Biafine ACT should be applied as soon as possible in a thick layer. Leave the cream to sit on the skin until a white, waxy residue appears & then apply a dressing. If pain persists re-apply the cream in thin layers until pain has eased. To treat radiation burns, Biafine ACT can be applied up to three times a day everyday to the affected areas. Apply with clean hands & gently massage the cream until absorbed. For best results it is important not to miss even one application. Please note that this cream should not be applied for at least 4 hours or less prior to a therapy session. Biafine ACT cream should not be used on wounds that are bleeding or skin rashes related to food or medicinal allergies. For external use only.
