In the never ending pursuit to craft the very best exhaust system, Yoshimura introduces the latest titanium RS-12 system for the 2023 Honda CRF450R. Why did they go through the task of introducing a whole new system for the CRF450? With the latest engine spec, the engineers wanted to get the best most usable power from this new model.  This new system has been developed with & is the closest thing to what 5x World Champion Tim Gajser, Mitch Evans, Ken Roczen & Chase Sexton have been using to grab holeshots & win races. By increasing the resonator in the RS-12 muffler by 50cc (a 14% increase) & adding a second resonator to the header, engineers were able to unlock some insane usable power from this new & enhanced system. The 2024 Kawasaki KX450 has undergone a ton of changes, one of them requiring an all-new exhaust system. We were eager to develop the best exhaust system possible for the new Green Machine. Working with multi-time GNCC off-road Champion Steward Baylor we were able to really squeeze every ounce of performance from the new KX. Not only performance but installation on the new KX has been optimized. Working around the new KX chassis we were able to make the new oval-port header fit effortlessly. Performance gains are massive with our RS-12 Signature Series system, adding a whopping 23.8% max hp & an incredible 16.4% max torque. With gains like this some would think that the new KX would be hard to control, not the case. While other exhaust brands just carried over their Yamaha YZ250F offerings to include 2024 model, on the dyno & track, the new YZ told us there was more on the table.
