About Our Prosecco Our prosecco is produced by Follador, who was one of the first producers of sparkling wines in the area of Valdobbiadene. In 1970, Gianfranco Follador founded Follador Spumanti, & the rest is history. The winery is located in Col San Martino & covers an area of 3 hectares. The entire process of production, from harvest to bottling, is done at the winery.
