Inspired by the traditional mason jar, with a high-tech touch, it's perfect for adding a stunning, hot pink glow to dark porches, bedrooms & windowsills! How does it work? Solar power charges the battery inside the jar, & when darkness falls at night-time, the Sun Jar automatically lights up, emitting the fuchsia glow. When the jar is placed in sunlight, the solar cell creates an electrical current that charges the battery over a few hours. This energy is then used at night to power the three LED lamps inside the jar. The light is diffused by the frosted glass jar & gives the appearance of pink sunlight (pink coloured LED lights are used to give a vibrant pink light!)
 There isn't a switch to turn the light on
- in fact, there are no visible controls at all
- just a clever light sensor inside which automatically activates the LED lights when it gets dark or the lights are turned out!
 (There's an override switch under the lid if you would like to turn the light off at night) With a frosted finish to the glass, the 
 Mason jar is completely watertight, so it can be used indoors or out. You can also leave the jar outside in any weather condition. Included is a rechargeable, 700 m Ah Ni MH battery. The battery charges best outside, in direct sunlight, & once it's fully charged, the Sun Jar will emit light for up to 5 hours.
