Add a little sparkle to balloons, party decorations, table decorations and even gift wrap with sparkle ribbon. Two sparkly holographic lengths of ribbon that can be curled for extra pretty effects are highlighted by twinkling LED's for magical decorations. Available in silver ribbon with white LED's or gold with multi coloured LED's, each light string has three functions; static, slow flash and fast flash and can be secured to balloons via a small plastic clip.
