Go wave riding with the jet set on this Jet Viper In Southampton experience! These amazingly fiery jet-powered boats can seat up to 12 passengers as you go whizzing around the waters around Southampton & the Solent on these full-on adrenaline-filled rides. The Renegade II is a boat that can't be missed. As she sits bobbing up & down in the marina her bright yellow hull is easy to spot. Not particularly big but very lightweight & with loads of torque these 450bhp craft are equipped with Hamilton jets that boast massive acceleration & deceleration in the water. Now we must point out that this is not a gentle cruise around Southampton to watch the sea life & gaze at the beaches. This is all about sheer excitement & exhilaration as you hang on to the rail or the rope on your teeny 'jockey' style seat as you are being thrown around cutting through waves jumping your own wake pulling some side slides sharp turns & spins. Lifejackets are obligatory & the crew will provide you with waterproofs too. Bear in mind that you WILL get wet even if it's not raining as the speeds you'll be achieving mean that sea spray will be going everywhere & is bound to splash & splash over into the boat. To give you an idea of the gnarliness of these rides take a look at the photos above & you'll see the hull of the craft is well out of the water! These experiences use the Jet Viper in Southampton moored in the Shamrock Quay marina. You will be forming a group of up to 12 brave wave riders who will be climbing aboard these incredible little jet boats ready for the ride of your life. Of course speeds within the harbour area are restricted but once out on the open waters of the Solent your expert pilot will show you just what the Jet Viper is capable of. ...

When it comes to hiring a jet ski in Cornwall this company's bases are the most impressive for sure! The main centre is at the wonderfully named Lusty Glaze cove with the second hire centre at the lovely Carlyon Bay on the coast from Saint Austell! Even the guys who run these jet ski centres say they are 'living the dream' in Cornwall & how right they are. We have never seen such idyllic places to jet ski from. Tucked away from the more commercial Cornish beaches Lusty Glaze & Carlyon are the ideal launch spots for either just going for a blast on a jet ski or exploring the north or south Cornwall coastlines on a safari. Lusty Glaze on the north coast is a private beach surrounded by 135ft-high cliffs. It's very sheltered so the calmer waters are ideal for those going out on a jet ski for the first time. Having said that you will have to negotiate over 100 steps to reach this little corner of paradise but boy is it worth it. As well as jet skiing there are high wires banana... ...

Clear & fresh-flowing waters stunning mountainous backdrops & a friendly welcome mean it's a great place for all forms of watersports. Measuring in at over 100 acres there's plenty of room for all sorts of powered watercraft on Loch Auchenreoch too. It's a busy slipway here with jet skiers & flyboarders all making the most of these Scottish inland waters. This operator runs with a fleet of Yamaha Waverunner XVs the machines that revolutionised the personal watercraft market & the best selling jetski series ever. These powerful & cleaner running four-stroke jet skis are the sit down models. That means they are really easy to ride. A push of the ignition & the craft starts. After that it's a case of holding onto the handlebars & using the pull throttle to control your speed. There are no brakes it's all about applying & lifting off the gas. All this along with a full water user safety briefing will be explained to you on the loch side by a member of the jet ski team at this Scotland base before you launch. They'll stay with you to ensure you're happy & confident at the controls (these jet skis seat two so an instructor can ride out with you if needs be) & once they give you the OK you'll be free to ride. Free to explore to whizz up & down start practicing those tight turns & generally have a real hoot on your Yamaha as you run the waves. Jetovator Experience

Try the Jetovator experience and ride one of the best water toys you could ever try! We've joined (jet) forces with a company that offers experiences to try different lake toys including the maddest of the them the Jetovator at inland lake venues in and around the Liverpool area. The Jetovator uses thrust from cascading water controlled by an accompanying jet boat to power you up into the sky. The hydro powered Jetovator is certainly unique and looks a bit like a cross between a personal watercraft and a trials bike. And yes this experience is as crazy as it looks! Contrary to what you might think the Jetovator is a remarkably stable set up with a tripod of water columns supporting you from beneath. There's one spray stream beneath your foot rest providing lift and another two powering
from the front to control speed and direction. You'll be perched on the bike-style seat using the handlebars to orientate the forward jets to steer. The expert water riders here reckon being a Jetovator rider is just like bike riding but on a lake and most people are able to get up and out of the water within a few minutes. The equipment is particularly lightweight and agile because it doesn't have an onboard power source. Indeed why house a heavy engine when you can tether yourself to a high powered jet ski boat via a 40 ft hose?! Your instructor will be on the supply craft controlling the thrust (and therefore how high you fly) as well as offering tips and advice as you go. That all means you just have to concentrate on which direction you want to go and enjoying the ride. Your Jetovator
adventure with these crazy machines lasts for around 30 minutes. You'll embark from a position in the lake and it'll take all your sense of balance to rise gracefully out of the waves using the surge of the H20. Once you are up and running and have covered the basics of the handling the Jetovator the experience cranks up a notch with your instructor increasing the power. Prepare to potentially rise to a height of around 25ft and accelerate at speeds approaching 20mph all thanks to the power of good old water. If you take to Jetovatoring like a duck to water you might even want to try some more daring manoeuvres including twists and turns or even some fancy diving underwater type tricks out on the lake!
