It's a case of foot to the floor & cars galore on this junior off road day! This off roading adventure in Kent is perfect for any child wanting to launch themselves head first into a world of 4x 4ing shenanigans far away from the public roads. The venue for this teen adventure is a 200 acre farm near West Malling. Youngsters can make as much noise as they like all day long as no-one will be able to hear. So whether it's hollers of delight or the sound of the engine revving it's all OK here. What vehicles will the lucky children be getting their mitts on? Well the answer is a whole load of 'em! To get juniors comfortable in the driving seat the sessions all start with a spin around the paddock in a dual-controlled Land Rover as a driving lesson giving time to get used to the controls on the flat. As confidence grows it's time to take the Land Rover (and everyone knows Landys are the best when it comes to off road jaunts) properly offroad to hit the bumps & lumps around the far... ...

And that’s because the kids at his centre near Skipton will be driving a fabulous little John Deere Gator! This Coniston crew has chosen these miniature utility vehicles from the ‘ Green Giant’ they call John Deere (a farming favourite for decades) as the ideal vehicle for youngsters to get their first taste of 4x 4ing. & it’s a great choice as everybody seems to love these funky machines.

Admittedly at first glance you could say they look rather like a beefed-up golf buggy but you couldn’t be much further from the truth. They’re more like a crazy hybrid of a quad bike a 4x 4 & a tractor all rolled into one impressive off-roading fiend. They’re rugged powerful & not afraid of hard work. What’s more driving them is kids play!

So it’s time to let the children loose on these superb pocket powerhouse 4x 4s. A fully qualified off road driving instructor will host these junior sessions which all begin with an explanation of the controls. Once strapped in & ready to go your little ones will be concentrating on conquering the Rock Garden the specially developed 4x 4 course right in front of the Coniston Hall hotel in the heart of the estate where all the off-roading activities take place.

The main aim of the game is fun but as far as training goes on these Coniston sessions the instructors will be developing your child’s basic motoring skills including pedal control & navigation of the terrain
- a great head start for any teenager that’s for sure.

Junior 4x 4ing at Skipton’s lovely Coniston Hall estate is available for kids between the ages of 10 & 17 years. Renowned for excellent tuition & a challenging course layout the kids will just adore the chance to go quad biking in the wild yet so close to London. Just minutes from the A40 Westway between Uxbridge & Watford in London you'll find this kids quad biking venue. It's a little corner of paradise for all-action children who want to have a blast on a quad bike. & actually it's not that little at all. In the hour of riding action your little quadders won't cover the same track twice. This is a full-on circuit filled with challenges. These quad experiences are aimed specifically at kids aged between 12 & 16 years. All teens will be kitted out in the proper quad biking gear ready for their foray into the crazy terrain of this Northolt centre near London. The quad bikes the kids will be riding are modern 150cc models that are fully automatic making them easy for everyone to ride.
