- including delicious sauces to go with it. If the closest you get to making pasta is boiling up spaghetti to go with your bolognaise sauce you so need this pasta making class in your life. It'll open up a whole new world to you as you delve into Italy's other national dish (alongside pizza!)

Anyone who's ever been to an Italian delicatessen or supermarket will know there are rows & rows of pasta on offer including freshly made whereas in this country we're more used to seeing dried pasta. This course will show you how to make fresh pasta which tastes so much different to dried. There's a place for both though in the Italian kitchen so you'll also be learning about & making sauces that go with fresh & dried pastas not forgetting the wine that goes with them too! But back to the fresh pasta making. The key to it all is the ingredients. Your hosts will tell you all about the different wheats that are used whether eggs are added & of course the best techniques for making your shapes. It's pretty much an art-form in Italy especially when delicate forms are entirely produced by h&. To master it & be able to produce decent quantities of h&-crafted pasta takes a lifetime. You might be a lot slower during your class but you'll make enough to cook up several tasty Italian dishes including delicious filled pasta such as ravioli & tortellini. As we mentioned sauces are really important too. Both the shape of the pasta & the sauces are very much regional in Italy so through these classes you'll discover what the classic combinations of pasta to sauce are

Shining very brightly is this Pearl of Dorset sightseeing flight! Swooping in over Lyme Regis in your helicopter it's pretty clear why the town is the Pearl of Dorset. Historic shopfronts & buildings on the steep little High Street run down to the beach & the harbour. & there's the famous Cobb which will take you back to John Fowles's ' The French Lieutenant's Woman'. The book was set in Lyme Regis & parts of the film were shot here too. Nature lovers will adore flying over Monmouth Beach & Chippel Bay where even from 1000ft in the air you'll be able to see families fossil hunting. This whole area is filled with walking trails & fossil finds. Getting to see it all from the air give you the chance to observe it all from a very different angle

We are offering half & full-day passenger rides around this lovely part of the world they call the Peak District. The routes have been specially chosen to offer some fantastic riding conditions as well as lots of stunning scenery that’ll take your breath away.

If you’ve never ridden pillion before everything you need to know in terms of safety & sitting position will be explained to you by your host rider who will be chauffeuring you on these amazing bikes. They are all highly skilled being Institute of Advanced Motorcyclist or Police Class 1 qualified bikers.

The motorbike you’ll be riding pillion on around the Peak District is really rather unique. This operator imported a fleet of ex-US Police Harley-Davidson® Road Kings & they are pretty amazing. They have that undeniably cool retro styling with lots of chrome the windshield & traditional low-slung seats. It’s a head-turner of a Harley for sure & we can’t imagine that there are many Police Harleys in the Peaks!

Tours all set off from Buxton in the very heart of the Peak District. Those on the half-day ride outs will enjoy a circular route through the likes of the Hope Valley Glossop & Chapel-en-le-Frith.

The full-day outings are filled with reservoirs market towns & sweeping country lanes. You’ll cruise along the Hope Valley through Castleton Dove Holes the brilliantly named Wigtwizzle past the likes of Ladybower & Langsett reservoir. This is Derbyshire countryside at its finest
- & all seen from the rear seat of an amazing Harley-Davidson®.

Lunch in a traditional cafe is included for full day pillion riders & everyone gets to stop & have a cuppa at the fantastic Fairholmes Visitor Centre on Ladybower Lake where you can drink in the amazing views of the dam made famous by those bouncing bomb testers the ‘ Dambusters’.
