Kiln dried, smooth-planed Redwood timber boards are mounted to a substantial framework in an overlap construction to give a traditional & attractive featheredge appearance, with 20mm wall thickness at the overlaps. The steeply pitched roof gives the building a distinct style & offers plenty of head room inside. Shelves can be readily inserted at the back of the shed, making full use of the roof space as a place for storage. The floor & roof use interlocking, smooth-planed & pressure treated, Tongue & Groove boards & the floor is mounted on pressure treated bearers to protect it from ground contact. The roof is finished with high quality Canadian Red Cedar Shingles that overtime will develop to a subtle grey. 4 windows, 2 fixed & 2 opening, are glazed with 4mm toughened glass.
