Bosch BMA250E Digital Triaxial Acceleration Sensor
- Bosch 0330.SB0.169, This Shuttle Board is part of the Bosch Sensortec system & is designed to interface with the Bosch Evaluation & Application Base Board (35-1620). The heart of this board is the BMA250E acceleration sensor & the sensor is of the triaxial, low-g type that has a 10-bit digital output. The sensor detects & measures acceleration in three perpendicular axes & on-board evaluation circuitry converts the resultant measurement into a digital output. The sensor also features an on-chip, motion-triggered interrupt controller that enables motion-based applications without the need for an external microcontroller. The sensor can detect tilt, motion, inactivity, orientation & shock vibration (e.g. double tap) & is ideal to be used in mobile & h&-held equipment for applications such as UI interaction, gaming, pedometer, free-fall detection, drop detection for warranty logging & advanced system power management for mobile applications.
