This Pinot Noir is made using the traditional Burgundy method & is made to be approachable throughout their lives
- a useful philosophy for Burgundy-philes. It is fruit forward with lots of raspberry, cherry & blackcurrant notes. Intense red ruby with some delicate violet aromas alongside some heartier, riper raspberry & strawberry fruit. The palate is fruit-forward with soft tannins & heaps of blackcurrant, liquorice & black cherry notes. This wine is a Vin de Pays d' Oc meaning it is a Vin de Pays from the Languedoc region. It is made from the Pinot Noir grape & is quite light for a red wine. It is refreshingly soft & juicy & has flavours & aromas of raspberries & red cherries.
