Made with grapes grown at Ksara's highest vineyard (1, 400 meters) & harvested at a low yield, this is Lebanon's first Chardonnay. Aged in new oak barrels, the wine has floral & butter notes that combine to make a balanced, consistent & classic Chardonnay. Ideal with most crustaceans, lobsters, white fish, scallops, baked or steamed fish, fresh salmon, or turbot served with a rich sauce. Finally, caviar calls, particularly for this distinguished wine. To be served chilled at 10C.
