Cobalte has its origins in the Montagne de Reims Natural Park. The Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Meunier grape varieties are harvested by h&, pressed in whole bunches, vinified & then distilled according to a slow & authentic manufacturing process that creates the personality & signature of a fine & pure French vodka. Cobalte is a vodka with a unique taste, fine & mineral, with fruity notes. A balanced & rounded vodka. Nose: Ripe citrus fruit (kumquat) & candied fruit (orange peel), fresh almond. A vegetal touch of white flowers (honeysuckle) & a touch of gingerbread enhance this aromatic & charming character. Palate: The texture immediately surprises with its smooth, arrounding character. A note of liquorice stick dominates, bringing a warm vegetal character (notes of straw & dry oak) & a complex aromatic depth (cigar box, rancio). Fragrances of honey & quince paste fragrances complete this dominant taste. The clean finish is extremely long.
