The Shiraz is estate grown on Corioles predominantly Terra Rossa soils with the Mourvedre sourced from Corioles Willunga property, on slatey soils at the southern end of the Vale. This is the fourth release of The Dancing Fig. The wine is a bright purple red, blushing and youthful. An aromatic nose of rhubarb, red plums, nutmeg and strawberries.
