A classic example of wine from this region aged for 12 months in American oak & six months in the bottle. Garnet cherry red with aromas of blackberries & redcurrants. In the mouth an excellent balance between fruit & wood provides creamy sensations & pleasant toasty notes. This wine is an excellent match for roasted red meat dishes, especially those with sauces made using this wine, seasonal pulses, rice dishes & medium-cured cheeses.
