Each of Strathearns gins is truly handcrafted & small batch with each batch producing only 280 bottles. Their gins are distilled with passion, crafted with skill & bottled with pride. Their Scottish gin is produced using both 500L & 50L stills. This combination of distillation allows us to create a very full-bodied & balanced juniper led gin, other botanicals include coriander seeds, angelica root, orris root, calamus root, grains of paradise, orange peel, rose petals, & honeyberry. Strathearn Scottish gin is strongly juniper-led. A smooth, sweet start switches to a light peppery mouth-feel which is followed by a gentle sherbet finish as the citrus develops towards the end. Best poured over ice in a rocks glass & topped up with your favourite tonic. Garnish with a few juniper berries & a twist of orange peel for the perfect refreshing G&T.
