Blended from three distinctly different types of grain whisky, a clean, a medium & a heavy distillate, all from corn & distilled through two, three & four column continuous stills, later aged in a combination of Spanish wine oak & American white oak casks. An outstanding blended grain whisky from the legendary Japanese distillers, Suntory, named after their distillery built on the shores of the Chita Peninsula. A colour of bright gold & offering up aromas of creme brulee, cardamom, acacia honey & blossoming rose. The taste is both smooth & mild with a hint of mint & deep honey, whilst the finish is clear with spiced oak & bittersweet notes.
