Each measurement time is about 2S, & only when measuring capacitance or inductance, the measurement time is longer. Automatic detection of NPN & PNP transistors, N channel, P channel MOSFET & JFET, diode, Dual diode, P-IGPT, Thyristor, Dual thyristor & so on. For some thyristors & dual thyristors, when the transistor fails to meet the requirements of its triggering current & holding current, it is unable to use. For some IGPT with drive voltages over 5V, the transistor tester is not able to test them. Support the identification of the pins of the test element. Support the measurement of current amplification factor & base emitter turn-on voltage of bipolar transistors. Through break-over voltage & current amplification factor, the Darlington transistor can be distinguished. Support for test gate threshold voltage of MOSFET, Grid capacitance. Support simultaneous measurement of two resistors, & the data is displayed in a four bit decimal format. Support potentiometer testing, but when the potentiometer is adjusted to one end, the intermediate pin & the terminal pin cannot be solved at this time. A capacitor can be measured, capacitance range is 25pf-100m F & resolution is 1p F. Capacitance less than 25p F measurements can be can be made by paralleling another known capacitance greater than or equal to 25p F, & subtracting the known capacitance from the result to obtain the measured capacitance. When testing capacitance is greater than 90n F, its series equivalent resistance is also displayed, & the resolution is 0.01 ohms. When testing capacitance is greater than 5000n F, the voltage loss after the test pulse can be measured, & this parameter can estimate the quality factor of the capacitor. Support simultaneous measurements of two diodes, displaying the voltage drop of diode. The light emitting diode is identified as a diode, & the test voltage drop is much larger than that of an ordinary diode. The two-color diode is identified as two diodes. The resistance is less than 2100 ohms & its equivalent inductance is simultaneously measured, the range is 0.01m H-20H, but the measurement accuracy is not very good. Program with self-test function to support multi parameter calibration. Support frequency generator function, output by TP2, the output frequency range is 1 Hz to 2 M Hz. Supports a fixed frequency signal output from the TP2, the duty cycle can be adjusted by pressing the button.
