The Cobweb Houseleek is a real cutie & really satisfies the current thirst for succulents & the like! These houseleeks are even better though, as they are incredibly tough, very hardy & last for years. They're also a lot lower maintenance than their indoor succulent cousins! An intriguing little plant, with a rosette of furry foliage & an unusual ruby glow! Beautiful evergreen succulents are wonderful house plants. Sempervivum is a species of flowering plants more commonly known as houseleeks. They come in a wonderful range of colours and sizes and form amazing dense rosettes of foliage. In the summer months, some of the mature rosettes can produce clusters of star-shaped flowers! At the end of each season, some of the rosettes will die but they then produce offsets that are simple to separate and grow.Once established these hardy plants are very drought tolerant and ideal for planting in a outside in walls or crevices and perfect for indoors on a windowsill. They require good drainage so plant them in gritty soil and in a tray if indoors, or in rock piles or wood if outside. The majority of Sempervivums are frost-hardy but may need a
little extra protection in the winter months. Height: 8cm Spread: 30cm.Please Note: Some houseplants are toxic to pets if ingested, please seek advice from a veterinary professional if you believe it has been consumed.
