It is a blend of harmony from the most rare & prestigious eaux-de-vie from the last two centuries. These extremely rare cognacs are reserves taken from the Grande Champagne & Borderies crus, which date back to the early 1900 & add a great deal of depth to the L' Essence harmony. It features notes of blackberry, black current and a touch of cherry, that is complemented by vanilla, honey and vine peach flavours. Courvoisier are known for their innovation and refreshing twists, so it seems only fit that they have created this new revolutionary cognac liqueur. Courvoisier Rose is intended to be drunk alone and is bottled at 36 proof and 18% ABV instead of the traditional 40% which make it a liqueur rather than Cognac.
