Ian started experimenting with ice tea recipes at his kitchen table in 2009, after being inspired by the refreshing drink in his wife's native Atlanta, Georgia. Ian noticed that ice tea was enjoyed widely around the world, but was still a growing trend in the UK. A keen mixologist, he started to form recipes & began experimenting with different teas & flavours to create a grown-up version with a British twist. Harry Brompton's can be enjoyed simply from the bottle with a wedge of lime or as an ingredient in cocktails such as Harry's Tea & Toast, famously created by Ian. In 1796 William Perry opened the doors of his wine merchant in Bristol. His main wines were imported from Spain & Portugal. In 1860 John & Edward Harvey were creating a new sherry & invited a woman to come & sample the new mixture called Bristol milk.
